Welcome to our web site. I have been in the building industry since 1978 At the age of 15, I commenced my building apprenticeship. After completion of my apprenticeship, I then studied for my Builders License and commenced my own business. I have over 30 years experience in the building trade. The total building experience between Don Gates and myself is 65years.
QA Developments specialises in investment houses. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to build an investment house, and start your way to financial security.
We have a range of floor plans to choose from, as well as having access to land in areas where investment properties are strong. From there you can arrange your finances, then relax while QA Developments builds your investment property.
It's really as simple as 1, 2, 3... choose the block; choose the floor plan; and choose the colour scheme.

Don Gates
I have spent decades engrossed in the building industry and have over 35 years of experience. I am a registered builder with a vast knowledge of all facets of building and renovating. I also am a trade qualified joiner with cabinet construction and kitchen installation experience. My company has operated for 27 years with a referral based clientele supporting me for most of my business life.
Along with David Ham, our main aim is to deliver very affordable investment houses for our clients, and help them on their way to financial security. |
